Prost! Phinney Ridge is Seattle's original German pub. Opened September 5th 2002, Chris Navarra introduced Seattle to German bier the way it should be poured, with a nice creamy head in traditional glassware. Many years and many biers later, the bier is still flowing and the brats are still cooking!
